Ready to slice salumi are designed for the professional slicer, who requires high quality, constant slice diameter and high production yield. Our products are already skinned and do not require any additional work before slicing.

Fratelli Manzini produces double and triple coppa, single and double pancetta and lonzino, whose length maximizes slicing productivity by reducing load time and heading scrap.

Our “Resa 99%” products are also suitable for take away and counter service. In fact, the first slice is calibrated on product’s diameter, so that heading scrap is completely avoided. Moreover, the products are already skinned and have a 99% yield.
